Small house (200 item limit) 12 million gil.
Medium house (300 item limit) 17 million gil.
Large house (400 item limit) 25 million gil.Prices are for 'freestyle' builds; you provide a theme/vibe you want, and in accordance I'll start building. Ofcourse I'll happily change stuff if it's not to your liking, and feel free to talk to me during the building process.Prices include material costs, unless you specifically ask for more expensive furniture. (i.e. rare dungeon/airship/submarine drops and recipes, including but not limited to: Verdant partitions, Ice boxes, Matanga lamps, Eastern indoor ponds. You'll have to provide said items yourself or pay extra.)An extra 1m gil to include your garden.For more "modern" builds, where there will be alot of glitching involved (moving certains items into eachother to create new, modern items which aren't native to the game) there will be an extra 5m gil added to the price due to it being far more time consuming.
